Without the external pressures of work and daily responsibilities, we can take the time to reassess our priorities, re-evaluate our progress, and make adjustments to achieve our aspirations. In as much as I am a social person, life situations and responsibilities have made me isolated. Being isolated can be saddening sometimes, therefore; I try to be very social during the holidays going out with friends, attending parties, going for picnics etc.

During the holidays, we often make an extra effort to express gratitude and love to those around us, uplifting them and nourishing our spirits.
