Reality TV star, Ozo creates history by being the first-ever Nigerian draft pick announced by the National Football League (NFL).
The thrilling news was revealed by the reality TV personality on the photo-sharing website Instagram. He stated that he is honored to make the NFL draft pick announcement for the Cleveland Browns.
Ozo also revealed that this would be the first-ever pick announced from Nigeria, following the Browns receiving Global Market Program rights earlier this year.
Additionally, this is Nigeria’s first and only NFL collaboration.
He wrote: “History! Honoured to be making the @nfl draft pick announcement for the @clevelandbrowns. This will be the first-ever pick announced from Nigeria, following the Browns receiving Global Market Program rights earlier this year. This being the very first and only NFL partnership in Nigeria.”
In the comments section, online users praised Ozo and thanked him for bringing Nigerian culture to the forefront.
