The 25-year-old, who has been dating the Arsenal midfielder for eight years and the two of them have a son together, received hateful comments on social media.
It appears that Rice started receiving criticism in December when one troll said he “could do better.” Lauren made the decision to delete all photos from her Instagram account as a result, which has over 70,000 followers, according to the Sun.
Liberty Poole, a former Love Island contestant, expressed her support for Lauren while criticizing the damaging beauty standards that are spread on social media.
Poole called for a change in society attitudes and stressed the value of celebrating a variety of body forms.
After eight years of dating, Declan Rice and Lauren’s love was strengthened when their son Jude was born in August 2022.
