Celebrated vocalist Ayra Starr shares her joy at the completion of the installation of a borehole at Orimolade Ifako Community.
Ayra Starr is happy to see the the community receive its borehole installation as part of her “E dey rush” campaign, which began last year. The neighbourhood has been without water for more than 20 years.
The campaign’s objective was to provide communities with clean, safe water because everyone should have access to it.
She thanked her partners, Hope Spring Water and Mavin Records, for their contributions to its success.
She wrote: “Started ‘E Dey Rush’ campaign last year to provide clean and safe water to communities. I’m so happy to see the Orimolade Ifako Community getting their borehole installation. I’m grateful for the partnership of @hopespringwater & @mavinrecords to make this happen. Everyone deserves good water. ”
